BY USING BOUNCEGUARD, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) are entered into on the date you create an account or first use the service (the “Effective Date”), by and between BounceGuard (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “Provider”) and you (“you”, “your”, or “Customer”).

1. License Grant & Restrictions

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for internal business purposes only.

You agree not to resell, reverse engineer, send spam, or violate any laws using our Service.

2. Payments & Credits

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits are digital goods delivered instantly.

You acknowledge that upon the consumption of even a single credit, the service is deemed "Used" and fully delivered. No refunds will be issued for used credits under any circumstances.

3. Chargeback Policy

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes filed in bad faith will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account and reporting of the associated payment method and IP address to fraud prevention databases and relevant authorities.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and compliance of all data you upload or validate.

5. Data Handling

Uploaded files are encrypted and automatically deleted after 5 days. We do not sell or share your email lists.

6. Termination

We may terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all unused credits are forfeited with no refund.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “AS IS”. Our liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to BounceGuard's jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
